The right candidate is a self-starter with a positive and energetic personality. Internet coordinators provide customer service to increase sales by responding to sales leads. Leads are phone and Internet-generated and the coordinator then needs to qualify customers and set appointments or follow-ups via e-mail or telephone. The right individual will also document sales calls and emails to update customer information in our database, compile statistics and work closely with the Internet Director and sales staff to increase sales. Basic computer skills and outstanding phone skills a must!
Work Environment
This is a 40 hour per week position with some evenings and Saturdays are a must. Internet sales coordinators work in an office setting and must be comfortable in a team environment. Coordinators ensure a smooth transition from shopping online or by phone to visiting the dealership. Following up with consumers to assure customer satisfaction with their experience is a must. Other responsibilities may include light clerical duties, such as preparing reports and operating office equipment. As an Internet Coordinator you will be meeting with our customers daily and proper attire is required.
Education Requirements
Diploma or GED necessary with some college preferred but not required. Applicants will receive on-the-job training on customer retention software and product knowledge. Coordinator will also be trained on interpersonal and sales skills by reading scripts, role-playing and attending sales seminars.
Compensation
Compensation based on a weekly salary and monthly commissions based on production. The right applicant will earn up to $35k per year or more.
