Staff at Bennett Toyota, I do love my Rav. Recently I traveled with a friend to make a deal on his new Dodge. He connected with the dealership through the internet. The price was right for him, but I never saw such an awful ignorant salesman, poorly run dealership, and inconsiderate, poorly trained staff. On the way home from NJ I called Lori, the Bennett saleswoman who sold me my car, to compliment her on her job well done with my Rav. When I bought my Rave everything was organized, professional, and completed thoroughly. She went over all the paperwork, talked with my insurance, explained all the car functions thoroughly, and even made the day an event with a photograph. It made the sale for me a smooth and painless process. Lori did everything required and more. When I had further questions, she fielded my calls and answered them completely. She is an asset to your business. Bennett service is also second to none. This is my third Bennett car. I had a Camry, Avalon, and now a Rav. I almost drive right by your competitor in Fogelsville to get to Bennett. It is worth the drive. Jim and Dean in service make a task I would anticipate hating into a joy. They both take the time to explain things to me about the service on my cars. Jim even walked me through online registration of my car and then completed the inspection. He was not critical of my remiss of forgetting to register my car, but rather extremely helpful in fixing the situation. I trust what they recommend about the service of my cars. I need that because I am a teacher, not a car person. They always went the extra mile for me. The very pleasant driver always gets me home while my car is serviced. Often we are quick to complain and forget to compliment. My trip to NJ made me realize how well I was and still am treated at Bennett, so I wanted to thank you. Linda H. Macungie, PA |
