In the competitive, full-size SUV realm, every automotive company claims to have the biggest, baddest, and most family-friendly vehicle on the road. However, most of these models pale in comparison to the 2018 Toyota Sequoia. Packed with features, space, and power, the Sequoia has everything your family needs in one not-so-small package.

Interior and Cargo Space

With three rows of seating, the 2018 Toyota Sequoia accommodates up to eight passengers with more headroom, legroom, and hiproom than its competitors. Even at full capacity, the Sequoia also has unrivaled cargo space, offering 18.9 cubic feet of space. If you need more room, fold the seats to increase the cargo room to 120.1 cubic feet.

Other standout interior features include a Blu-ray entertainment system, three-zone climate control, the Entune infotainment system, and leather-trimmed heated seats.

Power

Under the hood, the 2018 Sequoia comes with a brawny, 5.7-liter V-8 that can produce 381 horsepower and 401 pound-feet of torque. Thanks to this beast, the SUV ramps up from 0-60 in just 6.7 seconds while also providing up to 7,400 pounds of towing power.

Safety

Toyota offers the Toyota Safety Sense P package on each trim of the Sequoia, helping to mitigate accidents and incidents before they happen. This safety suite includes features such as a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, lane departure alert, automatic high beams, and dynamic radar cruise control.

With plenty of interior room and accommodations, top-notch safety, and performance to match, the 2018 Toyota Sequoia proves that it’s the ultimate family hauler. Once you get behind the wheel, you’re sure to agree.
