Brunch is one of the best meals. You can sleep in, and then go out to get either lunch or breakfast or a combination of both. In Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, there are a number of restaurants that offer brunch on the weekends, and these are some of the local favorites.

Bolete Restaurant and Inn

The Bolete Restaurant and Inn is worth splurging on for brunch. You can get all your traditional favorites along with some upscale extras such as duck hash and a cast-iron seared, Lancaster grass-fed beef burger. Start your meal with a bloody mary or mimosa and then have some gazpacho or chilled oysters. You can finish with the farmer’s breakfast that comes with poached eggs, heirloom tomato salad, pistachio pesto, and warm mozzarella.

Apollo Grill

The Apollo Grill in Bethlehem has a delicious brunch with a seasonal menu. The summer dishes include Cajun shrimp and grits and a pulled pork eggs Benedict made with a jalapeƱo cornbread muffin. The menu also includes a baked lemon blueberry French toast made with fresh blueberries and lemon curd and a Mexican steak omelet with beef tenderloin and sauteed onions.

Allentown Brew Works

Head to Allentown Brew Works for their Sunday brunch, and you can choose from a variety of delicious menu items. Make sure to try the Philly cheesesteak omelet or the sunrise grilled cheese, and get a mimosa or a bloody mary to go with it.

Stop by one of these Lehigh Valley restaurants for your next weekend brunch.
