The Toyota Tundra is a strong, full-sized pickup truck that offers a smooth on-road ride and excellent off-road capabilities. For 2018, Toyota added some new safety equipment and made a new TRD Sport package available on some of the SR5 models. It also received a styling refresh. Take on the road with the 2018 Toyota Tundra.

The Trim Levels

Toyota offers the Tundra in four different trim levels so you can choose the one that fits your lifestyle. The base SR starts off with 18-inch steel wheels, a damped tailgate, and an integrated trailer brake controller. The SR5 adds fog lights and a power-opening rear window in the crew cab. Choose the Limited for a more luxurious feel with leather upholstery, 20-inch alloy wheels, and power-adjustable seats in the front. The Platinum adds LED daytime running lights, a sunroof, and heated and ventilated seats in the front.

The Power

The base engine for the Tundra is a 4.6-liter V-8 that gets 310 horsepower and 327 pound-feet of torque. For more power, choose the 5.7-liter V-8 that generates 381 horsepower and 401 pound-feet of torque. The 5.7-liter offers quicker acceleration and more towing power with a max capability of 10,200 pounds.

The TRD Off-Road Package

You can take on the road in the Tundra or head off-road with the TRD Off-Road Package. This optional package adds alloy wheels, all-terrain tires, Bilstein shocks, skid plates, and front tow hooks.
